How publishing works
Draft or live, never a surprise.
In approval mode, publishing happens when you approve. In autopilot, gated articles go live; anything that fails a gate is downgraded to a CMS draft or your review queue. Every published article stores its live URL, so reports link to the real thing.
WordPress connects with an application password, detailed here. Shopify uses an API token against blog articles; Webflow a site token against your CMS collection. No plugin installs, no theme edits.
