BloggerClinic is a product and business unit operated by Revenue Dealer MarTech Private Limited. BloggerClinic is not a separately incorporated company.
BloggerClinic sells digital SaaS subscriptions that provide immediate access to software functionality and may incur AI/API/computing costs on use. This policy explains cancellation and when refunds apply. It is deliberately not anti-consumer.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel future renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not require you to call or email to stop a renewal.
Refunds — general rule
Because access is immediate and usage can incur real AI/compute costs, fees for a subscription period that has already been consumed are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding a period already in use.
When we do review a refund
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- Payment captured but the subscription was not activated.
- An incorrect amount was charged.
- A material technical failure prevented access to the purchased service and we cannot reasonably resolve it.
- Any refund required by applicable law.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Cancel a renewal yourself from the dashboard. For a refund, contact us (see Company & contact below) with your account email, the payment/order reference, the amount and date, and a short description of the issue.
We review requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where applicable, typically within 7–10 business days after approval (your bank or provider may add time).
Annual plans & promotions
For annual plans, cancellation stops the next annual renewal; refunds for the current annual term follow the general rule above and the specific situations listed. Promotional pricing applies only for its stated period and is not separately refundable.
