The guardrails
Three rules the settings screen cannot override.
Health, legal, and financial sites (YMYL) can never auto-publish — not by toggle, not by support ticket: a database constraint refuses the state. The same is true for any draft whose distinctiveness could not be verified against SERP context. And Autopilot itself is off by default on every new site; approval mode is the starting point until you decide otherwise.
This is the honest version of “you set the rules”: you control frequency and strategy, and the floor under quality is not configurable.
