A pipeline you can inspect

The short version is five steps. The long version below is exactly what happens to every post, in order.

Process

Five steps, one of them yours

The keyword audit is a plan, not a dump

We pull search data for your niche, group keywords into clusters, and mark intent. You see volume and difficulty for every proposed topic and approve or reject each one before a word is written. Rejected topics never come back.

Fact-checking is a report, not a promise

Every draft arrives with its claims listed, each marked supported, unsupported, or uncertain, with sources you can click. If a claim cannot be supported, it is cut or flagged before you ever see the draft.

The distinctiveness gate kills templated writing

Each draft is scored against published content in your niche. Below the threshold, it goes back for rework automatically. This is our defense against the thin, interchangeable content that Google's scaled content abuse policy targets.

Approval is a real gate, not a formality

Posts sit in review until you act. Approve and we publish to your CMS. Edit inline first if you like. Request a rewrite with a note, or reject with a reason that feeds back into your brand profile.

Reporting reads from your Search Console

Connect Google Search Console once and your monthly report shows clicks, impressions, position, newly appearing queries, and which of our posts are indexed. Every number is your own data. If we cannot read it, we show an empty state, never an estimate.
