Connect Webflow
Publishing into a Webflow CMS collection uses a site API token.
Exactly what we need
- Your Webflow site URL.
- A site API token with CMS/content access.
- A choice of which CMS collection to publish into, and which fields hold the title, slug and body.
The important bit
The token is a scoped API key you generate and can revoke anytime in API access — it is not your Webflow account password.
Click by click
- 1In Webflow, open Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access.
- 2Generate a new API token with content/CMS access and copy it.
- 3In the Integrations step, choose Webflow and paste your site URL and that token.
- 4Then pick which CMS collection to publish into and map its fields — we read your real collections and fields from Webflow, so nothing depends on a naming guess.
What we do not get — and how to revoke it
- We never receive your Webflow login.
- We read your collections and their fields to set up publishing, and write blog items into the collection you choose — nothing else.
- Revoke the token in Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access at any time.
Where to paste it
In our dashboard: My sites → CMS credentials → choose Webflow, paste the token and save, then use Webflow collection & fields to pick the collection and map fields.
What happens next
Once the token is saved and the collection is mapped, approved posts publish into that collection (as drafts unless you turn auto-publish on).
How your credentials are kept
Everything you paste is stored encrypted and only ever shown back to you as a masked hint. Nothing needs your main password, and you can revoke our access from your own account at any time — a rotated credential fails loudly in your dashboard, never silently.
