Refund Policy

If no posts have been delivered for review in a billing period, that period is refundable in full on request.

Once posts have been delivered for your review in a period, that period's fee is earned; you can still cancel future renewals at any time.

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a pro-rata refund of whole unused months, minus the annual discount on months already used.

If we bill you incorrectly, we refund the difference immediately on notification, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
